Post-Holiday Thank you card Freebie

I went to my mailbox yesterday only to find that my very prompt mother had already sent a thank you note to our family for a great Christmas breakfast and for the gift she received from us.

Let me help us all follow in my mother's thankful footsteps by offering a free download of this thank you note.  I made it sans-holiday themed with the thought that we could use it throughout the coming year for even more thanks-giving. Here is to Gratitude!

D365: getting started- the supplies  

In 2010, I resolve to not let the moments escape. As part of that resolution, I will both design for and participate in the Design 365 project at DesignHouseDigital. A picture a day, catching the beauty of your everyday life, and then somehow documenting these captured moments in to some presentable form.  Now time for some honesty - I spend most of my free time designing for the scrapbook industry, not scrapbooking - only to have another year end with all of my pictures still nestled quietly in iphoto.  Well, look out world, because I am taking the d-365 challenge! I knew I needed to make this work for me, someone who is not use to this sort of thing – something simple, yet meaningful.  Presenting my d-365 starter kit.  With easy to use templates (new templates monthly), and simply stated organization to let the photos tell the story.

 To help YOU get prepared for the d365 kit release, gather these supplies:

Supply list - the breakdown:

1. Scrapbook (American Craft) 
2. 1.5 inch hole punch (Marvy)
3. Paper (12x12 sheets to print our exclusive DHD d365 kit paper on. 8.5x11 works too if you don’t have a wide format printer.)
4. chipboard – purchase here
5. Personal die-cutting mat. Mine coordinates with my Provocraft cricut die-cutting machine.
6. full-sheet sticker paper. (purchase)

Now we are one step closer to that new year’s resolution of being “organized!”

I'm excited to share some of my latest designs with you through Design House Digital!!

Design House Digital is a cool site where you can get all this digital. Seriously, something for everyone here! Digital kits can include paper, layouts, embellishments (everything you can imagine!) and cuts for your die-cutting machine... you name it!! Printing: I decided to go green this year, and I printed as a holiday postcard with Vista Print. A standard postcard should meet Vista Print's size criteria:
